Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Kooper, J.), rendered October 25, 1984, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree, assault in the first degree, attempted robbery in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. This appeal brings up for review the denial (Feldman, J.), after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant's omnibus motion which was to suppress certain statements. Judgment affirmed.
